COMMERCIAL PROJECT 4.02 INTEGRATED TREATMENT OF CONTAMINATED FLUIDS AT PORTS
WATER CHALLENGE proposes a solution to treat polluted water generated by port activities, such as MARPOL water, runoff and industrial waste. The project will install a pilot plant in the Port of Huelva that will apply ASEC technology, based on adiabatic and sonic evaporation and crystallization. This technology allows obtaining reusable purified water and crystallized solids with commercial potential. It uses solar energy and takes advantage of residual heat, reaching speeds of up to 400 m/s and extreme thermal variations. The objective is to transform waste into resources, improving the sustainability and efficiency of the port environment.
COMMERCIAL PROJECT 4.04 MYPLANTMANAGER
MyPlantManager (MPM) is a single sign-on platform designed to digitize asset management in port environments, improving efficiency, safety and equipment lifetime. It integrates six connected services – asset management, IoT monitoring, maintenance, simulation, reliability analysis and online purchasing – that converge into a digital twin of the port terminal, viewable in real time.
The project focuses on the deployment of the “Asset Management” service in a commercial terminal provided by CONSIGNACIONES TORO and BETOLAZA (TB), sensing key assets and connecting them with the most advanced services of the platform.
MPM offers a disruptive, multi-asset and multi-brand solution, specialized in cargo movements, and scalable to other industrial sectors.
COMMERCIAL PROJECT 4.06 TWINPORTS
TWINPORTS is a digital solution developed by BIM6D and KALEIDO TECH to transform logistics management in ports through digital twins, IoT and mixed reality.
The system can monitor assets such as forklifts, cranes and vessels in real time, integrating logistics data and 3D visualization to improve coordination, reduce human error and optimize operational sustainability.
The platform adapts to the dynamic port environment, offering a scalable, collaborative and secure solution that allows concessionaires to maintain the confidentiality of their data while sharing a common tool.
TWINPORTS proposes a low-cost, high-impact SMART PORT model that improves efficiency, safety and decision making in complex logistics processes.
COMMERCIAL PROJECT 4.09 CAPTAIN
The CAPITAN project seeks to evolve the DroneSuite® software into a port-specific commercial solution, optimizing the use of airspace through advanced drone management (U-space). It integrates existing port data, such as vessel positioning, to safely and efficiently coordinate aerial operations. Facilitates controlled access for external operators, reducing the workload of port personnel. Promotes drone use cases in the port-logistics ecosystem, improving efficiency and sustainability.
COMMERCIAL PROJECT 4.11 AMELIA PORTS. INTEGRAL SOFTWARE FOR PORT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT BY MEANS OF AN AUTOMATIC DRONE SYSTEM.
The Amelia system, developed by Octocam-Maps, automates the capture and processing of data with drones to improve logistics efficiency in ports. In collaboration with the Tarragona Port Authority, it addresses challenges such as bulk, vehicle and container counting, reducing errors and claims. It incorporates advanced use cases such as perimeter surveillance, thermal detection and damage control in breakwaters. It is composed of Amelia Drone-Box, an autonomous flight system, and Amelia Software, a modular cloud platform for volumetric analysis and 3D visualization. Its architecture allows scaling the service to multiple users and industries.
COMMERCIAL PROJECT 4.25 SAFEPORT360
The SafePort360 project, developed by Nuuk Technologies, seeks to validate and certify the FlexControl platform as a collaborative tool to improve decision making in critical situations in port environments. It uses existing digital infrastructure to distribute multimedia content in real time to different agents, optimizing operational security. It incorporates AI for advanced detection through cameras, and supports critical communications such as MCX. It will be deployed in the Port Authority of Huelva, including ENS certification and adaptive bandwidth management. It also promotes logistics efficiency, positive social impact and alignment with the Spanish Science and Innovation Strategy.
COMMERCIAL PROJECT 4.28 COMMERCIALIZATION OF COLLECTION AND COOLING SYSTEMS WITH TITECH TECHNOLOGY FOR PORT ENVIRONMENT
Titanium Technology is an innovative solution to prevent biofouling on submerged surfaces through electrochemical signals applied on titanium, avoiding harmful chemicals and reducing maintenance costs. Its application improves operational efficiency and contributes to sustainability, aligning with the SDGs.
The project focuses on the deployment of this technology in Marina Barcelona 92, replacing portable cooling towers with submerged box cooler heat exchange systems and portable equipment protected against biofouling. This intervention optimizes the use of seawater, reduces the consumption of drinking water and guarantees a long-lasting and environmentally friendly solution.
Titanium Technology offers a disruptive alternative, scalable to multiple industrial sectors, leading the way to a cleaner and more efficient maritime industry.
COMMERCIAL PROJECT 4.36 STRAIGHT
The STRAIGHT project seeks to bring to TRL9 level an autonomous system for the underwater inspection of harbor structures, especially affected by erosion caused by high-powered ship propellers. Developed by subdron and Bluematt, it focuses on inspecting gravity walls and sheet piles by autonomous navigation and digital twin generation. It will be validated in real environments such as the ports of Las Palmas and Barcelona. The system improves the safety and maintenance of submerged infrastructures, traditionally inaccessible and costly to inspect. The ultimate goal is to launch STRAIGHT to the market as a commercial solution for ports.
COMMERCIAL PROJECT 4.37 MARINE RENEWABLE GENERATION SYSTEM FOR PORTS
Arrecife is a marine renewable generation system designed to validate wave energy technology in the port of Bilbao, specifically at the Punta Lucero breakwater.
The solution consists of a fixed steel structure with its own turbines connected to electric generators, activated by waves. The entire system is installed on land, which reduces maintenance costs and facilitates off-grid operation.
The project seeks to demonstrate the technical and economic feasibility of this technology, offering a clean, modular and scalable alternative for power generation in ports, taking advantage of existing infrastructure and reducing the carbon footprint.
Arrecife positions ports as leaders in sustainability, with a solution that can be replicated nationally and internationally.
COMMERCIAL PROJECT 4.39 FLOWGUARD PORT
Flowguard Port is a technology solution for full traceability of bulk, from supplier to end customer, using IoT sensors, machine vision and Blockchain technology.
The system identifies, characterizes and monitors each volume of grain in real time, recording critical properties such as humidity and temperature, which are key to guaranteeing quality, safety and conservation throughout the logistics process.
The tool links each cargo to an administrative-commercial file, ensuring its traceability from dock to destination, and secures the data through Blockchain, guaranteeing its integrity and legal validity.
Flowguard Port transforms bulk food management, offering an accurate, secure and scalable solution for ports seeking operational efficiency and sanitary control.
COMMERCIAL PROJECT 4.40 INTRASER. PLATFORM FOR THE DIGITIZATION OF PORT CONTAINER ROAD TRANSPORT.
INTRASER is a digital platform developed by ONTRUCK to transform container road transport in port environments, connecting freight forwarders and shipping lines with carriers through artificial intelligence algorithms, Big Data and predictive analytics.
The solution includes connection with port systems (PORTIC, Valencia Port), integration with TMS, automatic routing, traffic management, flexible pricing engine and mobile applications for carriers and fleet managers. All this allows reducing empty runs, optimizing resources and improving traceability.
COMMERCIAL PROJECT 4.42 UBAS. UNMANNED BATHYMETRY SYSTEM
UBAS is an unmanned system designed to perform bathymetry, underwater surveys and search for submerged objects in port environments automatically. The vessel, supervised from a remote station, transmits data in real time and is compatible with ROS, facilitating its integration and development. In addition, it incorporates cameras, probes and a weather station for tasks such as surveillance, pollution detection and water and air quality monitoring. It can also be used as a logistics platform for transporting small materials. UBAS improves efficiency, safety and sustainability in routine and specialized port operations.
COMMERCIAL PROJECT 4.45 AUTOPORT. PORT LOGISTICS AUTOMATION WITH SELF-GUIDED VEHICLES
AUTOPORT is a technological solution for logistics automation in port environments, based on intelligent AGVs capable of handling containers of different sizes and weights, monitored in real time and operated remotely.
The system is integrated into a private 5G network designed for ports, combining digital twin, artificial intelligence and blockchain to optimize routes, improve traceability and facilitate autonomous decision making.
The validation will be carried out at the Port of Castellón, with a scalable, interoperable and sustainable solution that reduces emissions, improves operational efficiency and enhances safety in highly automated environments.
AUTOPORT represents a key advance in the digital transformation of the port sector, adaptable to any national or international facility.
COMMERCIAL PROJECT 4.46 SMART TERMINAL
Smart Terminal is a solution that improves efficiency and safety in Ro-Ro and multipurpose port terminals through automation and artificial intelligence. It addresses challenges such as inaccurate cargo location, high operating costs and lack of control over manual movements. Uses cameras and sensors for continuous and accurate monitoring of goods, operators and passengers. It identifies unregistered cargo and records each trajectory with video evidence. Thus, it optimizes operational management, reduces risks and improves traceability throughout the logistics chain.
COMMERCIAL PROJECT 4.56 PORTSURVEYOR.AI
PortSurveyor.AI is an intelligent solution for port control that allows real-time visualization of all vessels, including smaller vessels, through image analysis and its own geolocation, overcoming the limitations of systems such as AIS, GPS or RADAR.
The system converts each vessel into an accurate representation within the port’s GIS, showing its position, trajectory and movement, and recovering the concept of an automated control tower.
All information generated is secured by Blockchain technology, ensuring traceability, integrity and legal validity, even as forensic evidence in case of incidents.
PortSurveyor.AI offers a new paradigm in port management, with an accurate, autonomous and reliable solution, already validated in the Port of Barcelona.
COMMERCIAL PROJECT 4.58 1MILLION BOT
The project seeks to complete the development of a voice automation solution for port logistics. It focuses on defining connectivity requirements to optimize its performance and operability in real environments. The demonstration will be extended to heavy machinery such as STS Portainer® and RTG Transtainer®, key in port operations. It is a strategic collaboration between 1MillionBot and PACECO POSEIDON, consolidating a partnership started in the pre-commercial phase. It also drives the integration of AI in POSEIDON TOS processes, promoting efficiency and sustainability.
