The company IZURUN TECHNOLOGY, S.L., responsible for the “MYPLANTMANAGER (MPM)” Project, subsidized by the Ports 4.0 Fund of Puertos del Estado, has carried out the final demonstration of the pilot carried out at the CONSIGNACIONES TORO Y BETOLAZA terminal of the port of Bilbao. The test was attended by the Head of Innovation and the Head of Project Monitoring of Puertos del Estado, those responsible for the project on behalf of IZURUN Technology and the Consignaciones Toro y Betolaza terminal, as well as Bilbao Port Lab.
The project consists of a platform focused on the end user for the control of the complete cycle of intralogistics assets through 4.0 technologies, such as IoT and AI. Through these technologies, the management of assets is sought for the maximization of their utilization and the extension of their useful life through a digital twin.
The platform is based on the collection of data from three main sources: theoretical machine data from the manufacturers themselves, machine operation data captured with specific sensors and data from maintenance operations. These data are processed in the cloud by means of statistical modeling techniques that allow visualizing the state of the machines by means of a digital twin model, enabling advanced maintenance management and predictive maintenance.
